Most content will be available on-demand. Selected live calls for round 4 will either be on Sundays (time TBC) or Monday evenings EST. Upon joining, a survey will go out that will decide the best time for the group.
All live calls are recorded and certain live experiences will be offered across multiple times if it is imperative people join live.

The program is designed with busy women in mind. Most lessons are on-demand with selected live calls being 60–75 minutes, and the homework vault is there to support you, not overwhelm you.
