By booking and completing payment for any individual session with Its Peace In Chaos LLC, you — "the Client" — agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before purchasing.
Your payment constitutes your electronic signature and acceptance of this agreement under New York's Electronic Signatures and Records Act (ESRA) and the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN). This agreement is as legally binding as a signed paper contract.
1. BUSINESS STRUCTURE
All sessions are offered by Its Peace In Chaos LLC, a New York limited liability company. All payments are made directly to this business entity.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Its Peace In Chaos LLC offers the following individual session types:
• Psychic Readings: intuitive readings using Caroline's psychic senses and tools for personal guidance and spiritual insight.
• Energy Healings: energetic and intuitive healing sessions for personal development and spiritual well-being.
• Business Coaching: intuitive business coaching and strategic guidance for entrepreneurs and business owners.
All sessions are offered for personal development and informational purposes only.
3. NOT THERAPY, MEDICAL ADVICE, OR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Caroline Feda is not a licensed therapist, doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, financial advisor, or attorney. No session offered by Its Peace In Chaos LLC constitutes:
• therapy, counseling, or psychological treatment
• medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• legal advice
• financial advice or investment guidance
• a substitute for any licensed professional service
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact emergency services immediately. Nothing shared during a session should replace the advice of a qualified professional. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on information received during a session.
4. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS
Its Peace In Chaos LLC makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of psychic readings, the outcome of energy healing sessions, or business results from coaching sessions. Intuitive and energetic work is inherently subjective. Individual experiences and outcomes vary and depend on factors outside Caroline's control.
By booking, you acknowledge that no specific outcome, result, prediction, healing, or business success has been promised or guaranteed to you.
5. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
You understand and acknowledge that psychic readings, energy healing, and intuitive coaching may bring up emotions, memories, physical sensations, or unexpected insights. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation in any session.
You confirm that you are mentally, emotionally, and physically capable of participating in your chosen session type. You agree to seek appropriate professional support — medical, psychological, or otherwise — if needed before, during, or after your session.
6. LIABILITY LIMITATION
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the State of New York, Its Peace In Chaos LLC and Caroline Feda shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in any session, including any decisions made or actions taken based on information, guidance, or insights shared during a session.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for: (a) gross negligence or willful misconduct by Its Peace In Chaos LLC; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable New York law.
You agree to release and hold harmless Its Peace In Chaos LLC and Caroline Feda from any and all claims arising from your session.
7. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. Sessions are non-refundable after purchase for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, personal circumstances, dissatisfaction with content, or failure to attend.
You agree that initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment processor without first attempting resolution directly with Its Peace In Chaos LLC at info@itspeaceinchaos.com constitutes a material breach of this agreement. Its Peace In Chaos LLC reserves the right to seek recovery of all amounts due, including any associated fees, as a result of such a breach.
8. SCHEDULING, CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
You are responsible for scheduling your session within any applicable timeframe communicated at purchase.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must notify Its Peace In Chaos LLC at info@itspeaceinchaos.com with the subject line "CALL CANCELLATION – [date & time of your session]" at least 24 hours before your scheduled session time.
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance: your session may be rescheduled at Caroline's discretion and availability.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session time: you forfeit 100% of your session fee. The session is considered used and no rescheduling will be offered.
• No-shows: failure to appear for your scheduled session without prior notice results in forfeiture of 100% of your session fee with no opportunity to reschedule.
Time zones are your responsibility. Its Peace In Chaos LLC is not liable for missed sessions due to time zone errors.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY & RECORDING
Your session content is kept confidential by Its Peace In Chaos LLC. You may not record your session by any means — audio, video, or otherwise — without Caroline's explicit written consent prior to the session. Unauthorized recordings are a breach of this agreement.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All frameworks, methods, tools, and content shared during your session are the sole intellectual property of Its Peace In Chaos LLC. You may apply insights from your session to your own personal life or business, but you may not reproduce, teach, distribute, or commercialize any methods, frameworks, or content shared by Caroline without explicit written permission.
11. TESTIMONIALS & MARKETING
By booking a session, you grant Its Peace In Chaos LLC permission to use your first name and any testimonials or feedback you voluntarily provide for marketing purposes, unless you explicitly opt out in writing before your session.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these terms or your session, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith written communication. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, with arbitration conducted in New York, New York.
The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a New York court to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
By agreeing to these terms, you waive your right to a jury trial and your right to participate in a class action lawsuit regarding any claim covered by this agreement.
13. AGREEMENT & ACCEPTANCE
By completing payment for any session offered by Its Peace In Chaos LLC, you confirm that:
1. You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full.
2. You agree to be bound by all terms above.
3. You are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
4. Your electronic payment constitutes your signature under ESRA and E-SIGN.
5. No specific outcome, result, or guarantee has been promised to you.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Its Peace In Chaos LLC regarding individual sessions and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
